Your event moves. Your AV team comes with it.

When your meeting moves to a new city each year, it helps to keep one production partner who already knows your program, your speakers and your standards.

We plan the show with you, travel with the crew and equipment it needs, and run it on site. Our Doral headquarters is minutes from Miami International Airport, which makes getting people and gear to your city simple. Recent shows include Chicago, Orlando and San Francisco.

  • Annual conferences and conventions
  • National sales meetings and kickoffs
  • Association meetings and assemblies
  • Galas and awards dinners
  • Hybrid events and live streams
  • Multi-city roadshows

How an out-of-town show works

Plan remotely

Calls, floor plans, the venue's AV rules and your agenda turn into an itemized equipment and crew plan.

Coordinate with the venue

We work out power, rigging, internet and load-in times with the venue team before we arrive.

Run the show

The crew you planned with installs, tests and operates audio, video, LED walls and streaming on site.

How show day runs with us

The planning starts weeks earlier. But this is the part you will remember, so here is what our crew is doing while you focus on your guests.

  1. Load-in

Gear arrives on the dock already tested and labeled for each room.

  2. Build and focus

Screens, projection, audio and lighting go up and get aimed for your room layout.

  3. Rehearsal

Speakers check mics, slides and video playback with the operator who will run their session.

  4. Show

Our technicians run audio, video and stream, and stay on headset until the last cue.

  5. Strike

We pack out on the venue's schedule and leave the room the way we found it.

Bonnie Grace, The Aesthetic Surgery Center

“They have always been willing to go the extra mile to support our community events… They are a loyal partner to the South Florida Council.”

Questions planners ask us

Do you produce events outside Florida?

Yes. We produce conferences, corporate meetings and live events in any US state. Our crew travels with the equipment the show needs.

How does an out-of-state event work?

We plan with you by phone and video, review the venue's floor plans and AV rules, and visit the site when the show calls for it. On show day the same team you planned with is in the room.

Do you work with the venue's in-house AV team?

Yes. Many hotels and convention centers have in-house providers or rules for outside vendors. We coordinate with them on power, rigging, internet and load-in, and flag any fees in your venue contract early.

How are travel and freight priced?

Travel, lodging and freight are shown as their own line items in your quote, so you can see exactly what the trip adds.

Where is your next event?

Tell us the city, venue and dates. We will put together the AV plan and an itemized quote.
