How show day runs with us
The planning starts weeks earlier. But this is the part you will remember, so here is what our crew is doing while you focus on your guests.
Load-in
Gear arrives on the dock already tested and labeled for each room.
Build and focus
Screens, projection, audio and lighting go up and get aimed for your room layout.
Rehearsal
Speakers check mics, slides and video playback with the operator who will run their session.
Show
Our technicians run audio, video and stream, and stay on headset until the last cue.
Strike
We pack out on the venue's schedule and leave the room the way we found it.

Can you handle a multi-room conference?
Yes. We plan the general session and every breakout room together, so each room has the right equipment and a clear support plan, with one contact for the whole event.
Do you produce conferences outside Florida?
Yes. We produce conferences nationwide. Our crew travels with the equipment the show needs and works with the venue team on power, rigging and load-in.
Do you work at the Miami Beach Convention Center?
Yes. We have produced summits there, including the FX Summit general session shown on this site.
Can you record or stream conference sessions?
Yes. We can record sessions for on-demand viewing and stream keynotes or full tracks to remote attendees.
