Questions planners ask us
What AV does a typical corporate meeting need?
Most meetings need a screen and projector or display, a laptop switcher so presenters can change smoothly, a sound system with wireless microphones, and a technician to run it. Larger meetings add confidence monitors, stage lighting, cameras and recording.
Can you support an executive or board meeting discreetly?
Yes. For executive sessions we keep the footprint small, cable cleanly, and have a technician nearby rather than in the room unless you want one present.
Do you provide technicians or just equipment?
Either. Many clients rent equipment with delivery and setup; others want our technicians operating audio, video and lighting for the full program.
