Hybrid events and live streaming
Connect the room and the remote audience with webcasting, multi-camera streams, remote presenters and recording.

One show, two audiences
Hybrid adds a second production on top of the first. In the room people need to see and hear clearly. Online, people need a stream that looks intentional, not a laptop camera pointed at a stage.
We plan both from the start and run them as one show.
- Webcasting and live broadcast
- Multi-camera switching and graphics
- Remote presenter integration
- Audio mixed for the room and for the stream
- Session recording and on-demand video
- Technical planning and on-site management
From plan to playback

Questions planners ask us
What is a hybrid event?
A hybrid event has an in-person audience and a remote audience watching live online. The production has to work for both: clear audio and video in the room, and a clean, well-shot stream for people at home.
Which streaming platforms do you work with?
We can send the program feed to the platform you already use, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, YouTube, Vimeo or a virtual event platform. Tell us which one when you request a quote.
Can remote speakers present live?
Yes. We bring remote presenters into the room on screen and through the sound system, and send the in-room audio back to them so the conversation flows both ways.
Planning a hybrid event?
Tell us who is in the room, who is watching online, and which platform you use.
